Technical Specifications
Coiler machines have a robust and durable body structure and are designed to operate in both vertical and horizontal configurations. They can be produced with rolled and non-rolled system options to suit different coil sizes.
Coil rolling machines are equipped with a water cooling system to ensure optimum performance. All surfaces in contact with the wire and the transfer rollers are heat-treated and tungsten carbide coated for maximum wear resistance and long service life.
Coil winding type can be flat (layered winding) or rosette form. Coil machines with lift-type rosette winding systems are also offered for special applications.
Rotary table coiling machines are available for coils with an inner diameter of 300–400 mm and a weight between 10–50 kg.
