Key Features
Rotary rolling mill
SIMDH The rotational movement of the model ensures optimum lubrication during the wire's passage through the rolling mill. It also maintains the wire's circular shape and reduces the risk of deformation.
Soap Box Options
- For (soap) use, options are available with or without a soap box.
- In addition to the standard dry system, special configurations for liquid lubrication systems are also offered.
Cooling Options
- Indirect cooling: There are no holes in the casing, so the water does not come into direct contact with the roller.
- Direct cooling: Thanks to the holes on the casing, the water cools the rolling mill directly, resulting in higher cooling efficiency.
Wide Size Range
Four different models are available for rolling diameters between 38 mm and 100 mm:
- SIMDH43: For rolls up to 43 mm
- SIMDH55: For rolls up to 55 mm
